Blue Water Bound
Closing the Achievement Gap and Having Fun!
Blue Water Bound (BWB) is an experiential, hands-on learning program designed to positively influence social and learning skills. Concentrating on children from economically deprived households in the local Stamford area, primarily from the 5th to the 8th grades, a critical period in the maturation process.
By putting abstract concepts to practical use and awakening young imaginations, BWB brings science and math alive in a whole new way. BWB is where learning becomes fun - and meaningful.
